“Breath is the key to the mystery of life, to that of the body as well as to that of the spirit” Lama Anagarika Govinda
Did you know that changing the way you breathe can change the way your experience life?
The way we breathe is a true indication of how much we participate in life and how great we feel about ourselves. Through Rebirthing, we rediscover the wonders our breath can do for us. We are able to access our essence, find out who we really are... and everything becomes possible.
Brigitte Martin Powell assists you in breathing freely, liberating you from fear, trauma or any other limitations. She also teaches you how to use your breath for relaxation, detoxification of the body and improved well being, so that you practice by yourself for ever afterwards.
Brigitte MARTIN POWELL has been involved with personal development for over 25 years. She has been working as a Rebirther and a workshop leader since 1995. She is a director and trainer of the Avalon Institute of Rebirthing, which offers thourough Rebirther trainings in the UK and overseas.

"Breathing in, I know I’m breathing in. Breathing out, I know I’m breathing out. In... Out... Breathing in, my in-breath has become deep. Breathing out, my out-breath has become slow. Deep... Slow... Breathing in, I feel calm. Breathing out, I feel at ease. Calm... Ease... Breathing in, I smile. Breathing out, I release all my worries and anxieties. Smile... Release... Breathing in, I dwell deeply in the present moment. Breathing out, I know this is a wonderful moment. Present moment... Wonderful moment... "
