The mission of the Avalon Institute of Rebirthing (AIR) is to provide a comprehensive training in Rebirthing, enabling each student to set up a thriving practice as a Rebirthing Practitioner.
The focus of the course is to give you a solid grounding in the principles and practice of Rebirthing. You are encouraged to find and develop your own style of working with clients.
The course is also a journey of self-discovery where you gain valuable skills in your own personal development and in self-mastery. The course has a dynamic, varied approach that includes lectures, assignments, experiential practice, supervision and peer support. You will also be invited to challenge old beliefs and explore new ideas and techniques.
The Avalon Institute of Rebirthing training course fulfils national and international professional requirements for Rebirthing practitioners.
Tutors Both Doug Sawyer and Brigitte Martin Powell are experienced Rebirthers and long standing Practitioner Members of the BRS and of the International Breathwork Foundation. They blend down-to-earth teaching with an intuitive element that is essential in this work. Their role is to support, challenge and bring out the best in you.
Visiting tutors will also be invited to cover specific specialist fields.
The course is Bristol Based and represents 400 training hours over 2 years.
