Devon Breathing Circle Did you know that changing the way you breathe can change the way you experience life? Breathwork is an ancient practice, which is used to open up altered states of awareness. It increases the flow of energy in the body and releases blockages and tension which may have built over time. The Devon Breathing Circle offers an opportunity for everyone to experience with the breath in a safe and friendly atmosphere where you can relax completely, recharge your batteries, develop self-awareness and spend a great evening with friends. Dates: Last Tuesday of every month (see Events) Time: Arrive 6.30 pm for Group breathe from 7 pm to 10 pm Between 6.30 pm and 7 pm we share some light food together. So if you can, please bring a dish to share with the group.
