Breathwork is an ancient practice, which is used to open up altered states of awareness. It increases the flow of energy in the body and releases blockages and tension which may have built up over time.

One of the most powerful ways to experience breathwork is in a group.

A breathing Circle is open in Tedburn St Mary, nr Exeter, where people from all backgrounds with all levels of experience are welcome. (Other similar groups are available on the same evening in other UK towns such as Leamington SPA, Edinburgh and Bournemouth).
